That’s not the case with my RxStar Detox Shakes. You can tailor them to your tastes by adding spices, herbs, low-glycemic fruit, nut butters, seeds, and more.

Check out the basic recipe then mix and match optional add-ins until you find a combination you love as much as a drive-thru breakfast sandwich. Trust me, it’s possible.

Ingredients:

2 scoops whey protein powder

1 scoop greens

1 scoop fiber

1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

12-16 oz of water

Some of my favorite optional add-ins:

acai

all-spice

berries

cardamom

chia seeds

cilantro

cinnamon

cloves

fresh ginger

Greek yogurt

greens (kale, spinach, arugula, etc.)

honey

mango

nutmeg

turmeric

vanilla

Directions:

Add all the ingredients to water and blend that baby up!
