RxStar Holiday Immune Elixir

My motto: If you have your shake, you can eat cake, too! (yes, you read that right.) My Holiday Immune Elixir is a super food smoothie that’s just what the doctor ordered for keeping your immune system healthy and strong throughout the season, even if you spend it at the dessert table. This recipe makes a delicious breakfast, served cold or hot. As always, consult your doctor before using any supplements to see if they’re recommended for you.


  • 1 scoop Rx Remedy Whey-Pro (whey powder with at least 20 grams protein, plus multivitamin)
  • 1 tablespoon Rx Remedy Greens
  • 1 tablespoon Rx Remedy Revive
  • ½ teaspoon Rx Remedy Probiotic
  • 1 tablespoon flax oil
  • 12 to 16 ounces purified water, hot or cold depending on season

To make the shake
In a blender, blend the protein powder, greens, revive, probiotic, flax oil and water.

Optional add-ins

To add flavor or thickness, consider adding:

  • Milk: ¼ cup of organic yogurt, rice milk, almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk, hemp milk or rice milk.

To add flavor or thickness, consider adding:

  • Holiday fruits: ½ cup organic cranberries, oranges or apples.
  • Holiday spices: dashes of cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, cloves and mint.

  • This smoothie is a meal replacement for breakfast, not a drink.
