“The Holiday Immune Elixir” is a “Super Food Smoothie” that is just what the doctors orders for keeping your immune system healthy and strong while enjoying Holiday revelry. - Paleo-Meal (1 scoop) (Whey protein plus multivitamin)
- Paleogreens (1 TB)
- GI Revive (1TB)
- Probiotic synergy (1/2 tsp)
- Flax Oil (1TB)
- Mix the above ingredients into 12-16 oz of purified water. You may also use hot water for cold days.
- Optional Milk Options: You may add ¼ cup of organic yogurt, rice milk, almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk, hemp milk or rice milk.
- Optional Holiday Fruits: You may add ½ cup organic cranberries, oranges, or apples.
