Cold Brew Tea

If you already have a cold, drink this tea as an antiviral and immune stimulant.


  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon elderflowers
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint
  • 1 teaspoon hyssop


  1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat, add the elderflowers, peppermint and hyssop and steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Drink 1 cup of tea three times per day.
