I love this shake year-round. In summer, add a few ice cubes or use frozen fruit. In winter, warm the water or milk before blending for a hot smoothie. This recipe calls for all the same spices found in chai tea, however you can replace them with an organic chai tea bag or simply use the tea as a flavor booster.


2 scoops whey protein powder

1 scoop greens

1 scoop fiber

1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

1 banana

½ tablespoon ground cinnamon

½ tablespoon ground cardamom

½ teaspoon ground ginger

½ teaspoon ground cloves

1 tablespoon vanilla

12-16 oz of water


1. Pour all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
